Hi everyone, there are some updates coming to Artstars this Summer! To start I plan to give the homepage just a little remodel. I am have removed the Google and Facebook buttons from the homepage because I realised hat they don't really have to much use to them. But I still want your opinion so please comment below is you think they should stay or go. Next there will be some changes comimg to the contests! I have recently been told that some or the contests such as the recent 4th of July Fireworks Contest are limited to those in the US. They were right and so from now on I will be changing up the contests. My plan is to keep some US Holidays but also have general holidays so anyone may enter. Thats means that unlike before there will be more than one contest at certain times. I still do not have this all figured out and it could still change, so stay tuned for more on this in future updates. Speaking of contests, there is a new contest out today! The theme is "Summer fun under the Sun!", Check it out on the homepage! Also to add to the fun, there is also a new art tool for everyone to use! The art tool Thisissand will now be linked on the Create page!

Happy Summer everyone! I have not posted in a long while so I will need to catch up! To start, there is a new contest out today! The theme is 4th of July Fireworks, create what the 4th of July fireworks mean to you, or the memories you have of them. The contests goes from July 1st to July 31st. It goes through the 4th of July so that maybe after you will be inspired to create your masterpeices!  I will try to stay updated but I plan to not make updates as frequently to Artstars right now. Also I will not be putting the contest events/ winners on Artstars Facebook or Google+ pages, it is just because of the time that it takes to do so. I hope everyone's Summer is going awesome and I cannot wait to see the awesome contest entries you guys will create! ~Liwis

- Please remember to keep your profile picture appropriate or your account will be deleted.

- Do not use a picture with any private information on it.

- You can but it is not recomended that you use a real picture of yourself or someone else for privacy and safety porposes.   (Your profile picture is viewable by everyone and can be copied.)

- You can use any other photo as long as it follows the quidelines.

Hi everyone, Happy Spring! I Hope everyone is having a wonderful, warm spring so far! A new art content is coming April 1st, and thank you for the entry for the current contest!  Spring is the time for hope, relaxation, and happiness and I realized that we could start spreading hope to people in need here on Artstars! I will start sharing links to donations, causes, and charities to spread the word to as many people as possible and give hope to as many people as we can! For this New Years contest I thought maybe I should try something new, so I decided that I will make one of the members contest ideas the new years contest. The topic is. . .  Favorite movie scene. The contest idea is from: Marotap2! Thank you Marotap2 for the awesome contest idea!
